The price shown is based on our upgraded ex-showhome specification, which includes premium exterior cladding and an additional ranch slider, as well as the standard French opening doors, for enhanced style, natural light, and indoor-outdoor flow. As with all of our new build-to-order homes, the Falcon is fully customisable, so pricing may vary depending on your chosen layout, finishes, and optional upgrades.

 

Like all Falcon models, it also comes standard with a pull-out sofa bed, providing flexible additional sleeping space for family and guests whenever required.
