No delivery is not included in the list price. We organised delivery for you. You will have a confirmed price before delivery. The delivery team handles drop off and set up.

Apex Tiny Homes can be connected to utilities like electricity, water, and sewage systems like traditional homes. Alternatively, they can also be designed to operate off-grid, using solar panels, septic and water tanks.
Apex Tiny Homes are not designed to be towed on the road like caravans. Instead, they are transported on a low-loader truck and carefully jacked hiab or craned into place for easy loading and unloading. The team at Apex Tiny Homes will handle all aspects of preparing your home for transport, while you’ll need to ensure your site is prepared before installation.
We are open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We can also arrange custom viewings times to suit your needs. Just let us know!
