New build tiny homes for sale NZ

  • New build only (we’re not promoting used units on this page)
  • Premium static homes, finished and ready to enjoy, not kitset or DIY
  • Typical lead time: 4 to 6 months (we’ll confirm this based on the model you choose)
  • Great for downsizing, granny flats, holiday homes, and short-term accommodation

Lead time and delivery

Most buyers can expect a 4 to 6 month build and delivery timeline, depending on model availability and shipping. If you tell us what you’re looking for and where you are, we’ll give you a realistic view of timing from the start.

We’re primarily set up for delivery across the Central North Island, with wider North Island delivery available. South Island delivery may be possible by request.

Consent and CCC

Consent requirements vary by council and intended use. Because these units are built overseas, they follow a specialized certification pathway rather than a standard NZ Code Compliance Certificate (CCC).

To make this process seamless, we work closely with a dedicated planning consultant and Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) who understands our units intimately. They are available to assist with the necessary sign-off for a reasonable additional fee, ensuring you have the right documentation for a clear conversation with your council and insurer.

View our range or contact us and tell us your region and intended use. We’ll confirm availability, next steps, and what’s involved.
